I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited privacy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its location and service.

Although the room was compact, it was very clean and well appointed. The WiFi only worked with the TV on (as a hotspot), but that was only a minor inconvenience. The location was top-notch, a very short walk to the Tube and attractions. It always felt very safe as well.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage für einen Städtrip in London. Die U-Bahn Station ist direkt neben dem Hotel und es gibt auch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Hotelzimmer ist zwar etwas klein und auch das Bett ist klein, aber das war bei der Buchung des Zimmers zu erwarten. Also eine tolle Unterkunft.

We appreciated the location and proximity to many sites. We were in walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye. The rooms were very small, but also very quiet so it was easy to get rest. The hotel is very near St. James subway station. Upon arrival, we got off at Westminster Station. I would recommend people traveling with luggage to get to St. James Station. We also found a few very cute pubs close by with good food.

Friendly efficient staff, especially the breakfast workers. Rooms are clean, quite small, bites knew that when we booked. The location was great. 3 minute walk to Big Ben, and Westminster abbey. The closet underground station is a two minute walk away. We really liked our stay

The room was a lot smaller than I expected, but my wife and I got used to it quickly. It was clean and so close to many major attractions and near several great restaurants. I highly recommended it.

Location! Room - small. If you are claustrophobic- skip. Breakfast - could be better, just basic. You’ll survive and enjoy the view if your room has the window. But the location is great! Close to everything.

Schone kamer. Handig dat je de hele kamer kan bedienen met het elektronische bedieningspaneel. Kamer is klein, maar functioneel. Locatie erg centraal naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Metro station st james park op steenworp afstand, en Westminster op loopafstand.

The room was clean and small but comfortable. The bed can be small for a couple, but for us it was fine. The location was very good, close to a subway station! The ladies at the check in were very helpful and friendly as well. The hotel also offers coffee and tea even if you don't have breakfast included. I would definitely come back there.
