Está en una excelente ubicación para ir a diferentes puntos importantes de la ciudad, el servicio del personal es muy bueno, el desayuno también está muy bueno, la habitación estaba limpia, el único inconveniente es que la habitación estaba demasiado pequeña, me hubiera gustado que la ventana se pudiera abrir pero para estar pocos días está excelente

Very clean and nice hotel. It was very walkable and close to all the main sites and shopping. They had coffee and tea free with your stay which was so good. I recommend this place.

From the moment we walked in to this gem of a property, it just kept us beautifully surprised! The location is the best for anyone wanting to walk to all the landmark locations. The staff of this hotel make it! Their constant attention to you is remarkable. The little things matter - like extra pillows, a surprise glass of champagne in the afternoon when you are lounging after a day of site -seeing and helping you to open doors etc. The hotel rooms, while smaller than the standard, are so well designed for comfort. Very impressive to see what can be done to provide comfort in a smaller space! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! A hidden gem! Oh - forgot to mention coffee and tea station available 24 hours in the lounge/ dining room! Nice touch!

This location could not be more convenient for tourists. Westminster Abbey and Big Ben are one block away, and the lovely St. James Park is a couple of blocks in another direction. Modern London is right around the corner on Victoria Street. The room was very small, and the window opened on an air shaft, but it was still a great value for the money. Highly recommend.
