Good place with a great location near Westminster abbey. Rooms are small and could be a bit cleaner but breakfast was excellent. Some of the staff were friendly some where less so. Overall a good place for a couple of days.

Room was tiny but comfortable. Liked the technology used to turn lights on and off, to indicate do not disturb etc. Lovely location to Westminster Abbey and surrounding areas. Breakfast was paid and had sufficient variety.

I was impressed with how everything is organized in this hotel, 24/7 tea and coffee, after hours restaurant on property. Helpful staff. But best part is the room - I had the smallest room with no windows but the air was fresh, air conditioning working very well, bed comfy and huge compared to other hotels for a single traveler, light controls integrated into the bed. The location is perfect for exploring London

Room was extremely small. Pay extra for a larger room if available. Location is excellent. I block from Westminster Abby. Big Ben within easy walking distance. Breakfast is very good. Nice Pubs next door. Another Hub by Premier around the block but doesn’t offer breakfast amenities or bar.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable after a long day spent sightseeing. The A/C was most definitely a plus as they were having warmer temperatures than normal while we were there.
