It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff on the desk are very friendly and welcoming. All the other staff are pleasant and polite. Our only problem was that the customer lifts were very small, making it very difficult for my husband and i to fit in with his disabikity walker

Central location in Bloomsbury - beautiful and quiet area. Very good breakfast, polite and efficient staff. I stayed in a single room which I guess is uncommon, but it was nice enough with at view of the garden. Airconditioning would have been nice in July, but a fan was provided.

The hotel was moderately priced and situated in an excellent area near Russell Square with easy access to the British Museum and many parts of the University of London. It was very well maintained. I stayed in a single room that was extremely well equipped with plenty of storage although a rather tiny bathroom.
