Hotel Experience The hotel I booked through Expedia was in extremely poor condition, and multiple serious issues went unresolved despite repeated efforts: Severe noise disturbances: The room had virtually no soundproofing. I was kept awake for multiple nights due to persistent noise. Despite several complaints to the hotel staff, I was only told that they might review CCTV footage — but no action or solution was ever provided. Unclean bedding at check-in: Upon arrival, I found the bed sheets to be dirty and dusty. Although I immediately asked the receptionist for replacements, it took multiple follow-ups before clean sheets were provided — and even then, I was told to change the bedding myself, as hotel staff refused to assist. Due to the persistent discomfort and lack of basic cleanliness and service, I ultimately checked out early, cutting short my stay to avoid further distress.

Muy bien ubicado, tiene cerca los más emblemático cerca, a 4 minutos del Big Ben y 12 minutos del Palacio de Buckigham. Solo las recámaras son muy pequeñas.

J’étais à ma première visite à Londres et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial pour se déplacer à pieds dans divers endroits touristiques de Londres. L’hôtel est également situé à proximité d’un métro. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre choisit était légèrement étroite pour deux personnes. Il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre non plus. J’ai passé plus de temps dans le lounge pour profiter de boire du thé à volonté.

Fantastic place - right in the heart of everything and an underground station right next door. The breakfast was an excellent way to start your day. Their happy hour was also fun. Nothing but good things to say!

My boyfriend and I are from Chicago and stayed here in London for 3 nights. It was perfect for what we wanted! We were rarely in the room and explored all London has to offer. This hotel is extremely close to Elizabeth Tower, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. Additionally, it’s conveniently located right by the Saint Jame’s Park and Westminster Abbey tube stops, as well as a 15 minute walk to the Victoria tube stop. We loved being able to get on the tube so easily to see places like Soho and Notting Hill. We also loved the nearby pubs. The hotel was clean and felt very safe as there were multiple places you had to scan your key to gain access. The front desk was staffed 24/7, and the bar downstairs had 24/7 free coffee and tea, and was a great place for a drink to end the night. The room and bathroom weren’t very spacious, but I feel that’s to be expected when traveling in Europe. Overall we’d stay here again and recommend to friends.

Receptionist were super nice. Helpful and friendly. Location was great. 2 blocks away from train station. You can take the train to Paddington station and transfer to Elizabeth line straight to the airport. No need for uber. We were able to walk to most places if not all places. We totally recommend this hotel. We definitely stay here again.

Staff was kind and very helpful. Location was great - within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. The hotel was quiet and the room got nice and dark, perfect for sleeping. My only complaints are they didn’t have wash cloths or conditioner and you had to press the ‘on’ button while blow drying your hair or it wouldn’t stay on. Pretty small complaints all in all.

Le camere sono molto piccole e soprattutto il brutto è che non aveva la finestra. Da abolire la moquet che è zero igienica ma l albergo è recente e in ottime condizioni. Comodissima alla fermata della metro e a pochi centinaia di metri alla fermata degli autobus. Nel pieno centro di Westminster quindi da visitare a piedi. Se dovessi tornare sceglierei la stessa struttura.
