This hotel was lovely. I arrived late and felt flustered, but Asif on reception handled everything calmly and upgraded my room, which made a huge difference. The food tasted excellent. Service felt warm and efficient throughout my stay. Access to the spa was a real bonus and helped me unwind. I left feeling looked after and refreshed.

The porter and receptionist were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room felt a bit dated and there were a lack of plugpoints around the bed area to charge phones. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a drink. We tried to get a drink at 10.55pm after coming back from the football, but we were told the bar was closed, with people inside eating and drinking. There was a coldness to the night staff when we ordered drinks to our room.

It’s an absolute gem , very clean big place with exceptionally friendly professional efficient staff . Great gym and spectacular swimming pool . Steam room and sauna are great too.
