Air conditioning needs cleaning thoroughly as there was lots of dust when having the air con on. Needs updating as it only pushes hot air around the capsule. Close to underground links and local bus services great location.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Capsule was very hot inside and the toilets didn't have adequate amount of toilet rolls. Also the showers need either better storage to stop clothes etc getting wet or a curtain putting up. The hotel it's self was clean.

The best thing about the place is central location and absolutely lovely and welcoming staff in addition to crisp clean bed linen. I'd like to commend Mina who worked at the reception upon my arrival and the gentleman who was very friendly when checking out the next day, but that's about it. Due to being extremely busy on the booking day, I unfortunately hadn't checked what capsule stay meant. No luggage storage for free, no room for shoes, you can only dress lying down. If I had checked it out, I'd have never booked it. I was hooked on central location and given the fact that I booked in a haste without checking, I made a huge mistake. I would never stay again and will not recommend it to travellers who want a normal stay at a hotel. Curiosity in this case literally killed the cat. A place that cannot offer luggage storage free of charge for the stay, which is short anyway, and where everything comes at extra cost is not a reasonable option. That way I spent an extra 30 pounds on luggage storage. With that amount I could have booked the other Zedwel hotel, but this was a non-refundable option and I only checked the hotel out when it was too late to cancel. Not to mention the air-conditioning that has to be on all night. Have you considered carbon footprint and consumption of energy? Perhaps it is a good option for people who just have to stay one night after partying in London but it is definitely not for business or serious travellers.

Second visit in a week. Unexpectedly more noise. Was 5th floor so had to wait for lift. Somebody nicked ALL the toilet rolls from shower room. April Fool !!!! Would still return
