"Location was safe and convenient! We loved being just a 4 minute walk from the Hampstead Theater and Swiss Cottage station. The room and communal bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. "

"The room I was in was clean & I love that there were some nights where there was free dinners. The free dinners were the best part. Also, having towels that were decently priced and not overly expensive was a huge plus. You'll need to bring your own soap and washcloth though. 8/10 for me."

"Booked a private room with an en suite as a cheap option in London. I imagine most will be visiting when travelling, but I booked as a cheap option for a business overnight trip and just took a chance. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Free WiFi. I imagine it might be noisy on the lower floors but I was near the top and it was absolutely fine. Only criticism is that room was really warm.
Really conveniently located and honestly, I'd book it again for a cheap and cheerful convenient...

"The view was amazing and the staff was very helpful and informative. We stayed at the suit as a treat to my father and could see Big Ben and the London eye from where we stayed. We arrived earlier then check in time but the staff treated us to a complimentary drink while we waited for our room. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the abbey if you walk. London was in the middle of a heat wave and we walked everyday to see the sights. We didn't try their breakfast but there are small cafes near by with plenty of options. The room itself was great for the view and the amount of space and layout. However the floors were so dusty/ dirty and could have used a good vacuuming and mopping but that was the only issue we had. When we had trouble with the bathroom door the maintenance were quick to come up and fix the issue."
"Beware that if you agree to signing up for their rewards program and agree to decline housekeeping services, the option for a 10 pound voucher is NOT good for their breakfast. We were told it was when we signed up and then was told at the breakfast venue it stated that it WASN’T good for breakfast on the voucher ( it did not). It was supposedly good at their restaurant (evidently the brunch area isn’t considered a restaurant), bar… no mention of where it wasn’t good at.
The breakfast/brunch was ok, but not worth the 25pounds per person we paid. We actually had a more extensive brunch at the Derby Holiday Inn, the week before, which was included in the room rate.
Also, they had an announcement one afternoon that an incident had occurred and to stay in our rooms for further announcements. Shortly, another announcement stated there was a fire and to leave the hotel. No fire doors were closed when we walked in the hall to the steps. We went down 7 flights, along with other guests and were escorted out the building. When we asked where the fire had been, several hours later, we were told by two separate employees that it had been announced it was a drill and not to worry about leaving the hotel. Clearly, that message was NOT what we heard and there was no concern shown that the fire doors weren’t activated when the alarm went off. I found that concerning.
Other than those incidents, the room and facility was very nice and employees were helpful."
"Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was very little space to open suitcases, and storage was none existent, making it difficult to organize clothes and personal items during our stay.
Housekeeping was also more limited than we expected, as towels were not replaced daily. While this may be part of the hotel’s policy, it would have been helpful to know this in advance.
On the positive side, the property was clean and served its basic purpose as a place to stay while exploring London. However, the room size and lack of storage space made the experience less comfortable than we had anticipated based on the listing."
"Location is great if going to Tower of London & Tower Bridge which is why I chose hotel. Hotel is under going renovations, there is no AC currently and it was hot in London late May so that was a DRAG!!!!"
"The stay went very well until there was a power outage and everyone had to evacuate. May have been related to the construction which to be fair I was aware of. Re-booked by the staff into another hotel efficiently. Overall the staff and the stay was excellent."
