「Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. 「Location excellent as close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and museums. Gabriel, the housekeeper was helpful. We booked the larger room, worth doing. The microwave listed on hotels.com inventory was missing and the oven was reported as did not work. We book the advertised garden view room but had a front road view room. Despite this we had a good time and enjoyed.」

「The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.」
