Experiencia horrible – alojamiento insalubre con ratas Me alojé aquí y fue una de las peores experiencias posibles. Apareció una rata en la cocina, algo totalmente inaceptable en cualquier alojamiento, y más aún considerando el precio elevado que pagué. El alojamiento no ofreció ninguna solución inmediata, y Expedia tampoco actuó con rapidez, obligándome a pasar la noche en condiciones insalubres y con miedo. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. Falta total de higiene, responsabilidad y atención al cliente.

So close to transport and theatres. Lots of stairs however that was fine for us. Very spacious with separate bedroom. Excellent facilities. Fans rather than aircon but the weather was fine- plenty of heating though,

It’s a really good place. Highly recommended. If you are happy to carry your bags up five flight of stairs, then this is a great place to stay.

Location was great but this was a run down property. Roof top was unusable due to industrial fan, fan noise was constant. Heated towel rail didn’t work, remote did not work, windows fussy to open. Bed made a massive creaking noise any time you moved. Stairs were painful to climb. It was good for our purposes but I could not recommend to a friend.

Good location and nice apartment! In a very busy area in Chinatown so can be a bit hectic outside. Close to the tube and a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Nice apartment with plenty of room with living room, kitchen area separate from bedroom. Bathroom ample space. Only negative was how stuffy room would get without air conditioning. Not comfortable leaving windows open at night. The big heavy entrance gate took getting used to for opening, both in and out. Staff very responsive by email when someone set off building door alarm and front entrance wouldn't secure.

Fantastic location, with a 24 hour M&S across the road. We had a top floor flat which was well proportioned and had all the amenities for a family. My only issue was ventilation. It was very very hot and floor fans just didn’t cut it. The living room was cool but the rooms unbearably hot. Also not ideal if you have mobility issues as it’s 5 flights of stairs to the top flat.

Property itself was awesome. Plenty of room, very clean, great patio. Only issue we had was being from Texas, assumed that everyone had AC! IT was one of the hottest weeks for London, and the flat we had was on the top floor - where all the heat is. Thankfully the patio door opens quite wide, but windows open at night in Picadilly/China town means lots of noise! The location is the best - West End, China Town, Picadilly - every site you want to see is walkable. Safe area

The apartment is located inside Chinatown. All rooms are accessible only via stairs, with the 4th floor being almost 100 steps. The location seemed safe for our family and quiet as you’re tucked away from the streets. There were no extra towels or linens, but brought an extra blanket upon request.

Property itself was great but dealing with the management Hausd was awful. I sent many emails that they ignored. I called them several times and they said they would call me back and never did. Horrible managing of this property.

FANTASTIC

Clean and comfortable, great kitchen, plenty of room, very nice showers. Absolutely loved the windows. Fun location by Chinatown with access through a courtyard. Convenient location to all things London. BUT you must be able to climb multiple landings of steps (with luggage at beginning and end of stay). Our family enjoyed this property so much that we extended our stay by a night. Digital communication was easy, access codes for apartment entry.

The stay was really great! The location was right in the middle of everything so we could walk everywhere. We walked to shows, the cinema, and delicious food was right around the corner. Even a breakfast place that opened at 9 am with a full Chinese menu! The flat was just as described - very very clean!! Nice size bathroom, the kitchen was beautiful and new. We didn't use the wash machine but it was nice to have if we would have stayed longer. We made coffee in the flat and were able to keep leftovers in the fridge. There were nice big towels and a good size bed. The sitting area was spacious enough to work on my laptop while my husband was sleeping. I would stay here again for sure! I also asked a few questions by email that were answered promptly. Thanks!

Great property and fantastic communication and support from Hausd it’s just a shame that it’s in a really bustling area with quite a bit of noise from restaurant and refuse lorries other than that it was great. There are quite a few stairs though so if you struggle with mobility this might be an issue
