"The hotel had only re-opened after a major refurbishment . I only checked-in less than a week after re-opening. Everything needless to say was spotless and totally brand new. The staff were superb and well-trained and very helpful. Breakfast was a joy and the dining area was superb, a great panoramic view of much of central London. Probably the best hotel I've ever been in to date. I can totally recommend it"

"Really well-priced and convenient option close to Terminal 4. Breakfast was inedible but I expected that - it was included in our very cheap price so I didn't mind. Hotel is clean. the rooms reasonably spacious and equipped, and there's a pool and spa, even, which is amazing for the price."

"I was only here for the night and it got the job done. The room was small but had exactly what you needed for a short stay where you’re not in the room much. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The shower had good pressure. Perfect location. I wouldn’t stay anymore than a night but overall a good stay."
