「The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay」

「Very good location and close to London Eye and Big Ben, Just 5 mins on foots. Go to Waterloo station around 5-6 mins. A friendly reminder, you have to proactively request room cleaning services. Otherwise they will not cleaning your room.」

「好近Waterloo火車站交通，非常方便，景點一流👍」

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「工作人員友善熱情，房間乾淨寬敞，令人印象深刻的優異體驗。」

「An excellent hotel, with warm staff and attention to detail. The staff were so helpful and kind. The evening drinks were lovely and the room was very brilliant with one of the best showers ever and a comfortable big bed. Plus a great location for cafes and heading into central London.」

「員工友善，服務良好，位置方便」

「我開心可以喺呢度渡過了七日嘅旅程 呢度嘅員工都好熱心，Bartender嘅Cocktail都好好飲，下次再來」
