"Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold. "
"We initially were given a room with no view but we paid for a room with a view. This was rectified quite quickly. There was a smell of sewage in the bar and lobby area. The down stairs toilet was out of action so that was the suspected cause of the smell.
The location was great and the view once we got one was fab"
"Very nice hotel Clean. Staff was nice. The plugs in the rooms are strange. There is no plug either British or American, bythe bedside. We had to get an extension cord for my CPAP machine. They did provide that but could use an electrical update"
