「We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you」

「The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. 」

「Unbelievably nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The service was above and beyond. We traveled with our baby and without even asking, the hotel left a changing pad, baby bath, baby bath products, etc in our room. The location is incredible. We’ve stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this one is definitely among the best. Can’t wait to visit again. 」

「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」

However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. 「Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was a little bit small for 2 people but fine for a 2 night stay. The staff were very friendly and we both enjoyed breakfast in the small area next to the dining room with wonderful prints and artwork of foxes on the walls. The decor throughout is tasteful. 」
