"Room was clean enough, although under the bed a bit dusty, hotel staff were friendly, the room itself was excellent with a superb shower with room for two and a comfy bed. Very quiet on an evening and brilliant location."

"We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London. The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a great experience for our family trip, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting London."

"This facility is for the traveler that only needs a bed and a bathroom. There are no tables or dressers or chairs in the rooms. No extra amenities except for a coffee shop in the lower level and the vending machines for drinks did not work. They were short on pillows and we had to ask several times for a couple of extra pillows. Every time we were out of toilet paper, we needed to ask for more toilet paper and they would only give us one roll at a time. The beds were a mattress on a platform and they were not comfortable. The linens were clean, the rooms were fairly clean. Our room could have used another sweep, but not bad. A false emergency alarm went off at 8 AM and we could not go back to sleep due to construction noises in the hotel. The staff was fairly helpful. I would stay again, but only if it was overnight, not for an extended stay."

"Wonderful 8 night stay, May 2026. Everything was as expected. Very nice and clean. Only issue was every time you enter from outdoors, ASSAULTED ( no other words work) by some pumped in “ scent”. Not just us, everyone walking into hotel was like Wow!! Not a bad smell, but when it burns people’s eyes, or gives them a headache. Not good Turn it down already. Constant, no matter what time of day or night Literally everyone experienced same experience ( 8 of us as well as every other guest we encountered. )."
