"I was very happy with my choice. The hotel has a very convenient location from and to different airports, while being in the very center of the city. Though is not a boutique or design-focused hotel and the room are not very large, it offers a solid hospitality experience that made my solo travel more smooth and pleasant. The staff is extremely helpful and prepared. And, because of the hotel's location, I felt very well connected with the rest of the city."

"Travelled with my partner and stayed there for 24hours since we had a short layover. Room was big enough and clean. It is conveniently located and the staff were good at check-in and out. Would recommend."

"Very convenient location right near Albert Hall, ideal for our Proms visit. Staff everywhere were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and functional with excellent wifi, though a bit small for a double and had only 1 chair - that was ok for our 1 night but perhaps not so good for a longer stay. Buffet breakfast was good value, with plenty of food and lots of choice. It was a pity we arrived at the refectory just as a school group was going through so self-service was a bit slow and chaotic, but you could go back to get what you missed when the queue subsided. We ended up sharing a table with three delightful young Chinese girls keen to chat, an enjoyable bonus."
