「It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. 「Neues Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit moderner Küche und einer bequemen Sitzecke ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer ging zur Rückseite raus und war absolut ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant/Bar, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Hier unserer einziger Kritikpunkt: das Angebot des (kontinentalen)Frühstücks ist unterdurchschnittlich in der Auswahl und ist verbesserungsbedürftig, die zusätzliche Auswahl z.B. eines klassischen britischen Breakfasts kostet zusätzlich 6£...

「We were in apartment 1, which faces away from Vauxhall Bridge Road and therefore was quiet. The entrance codes and lift work fine. For two, this is spacious and we felt better than a hotel room. The kitchen is equipped so you could cook meals. We just did coffee and take-aways. And yes there are plenty of restaurants nearby.」

「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」
