「Neues Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit moderner Küche und einer bequemen Sitzecke ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer ging zur Rückseite raus und war absolut ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant/Bar, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Hier unserer einziger Kritikpunkt: das Angebot des (kontinentalen)Frühstücks ist unterdurchschnittlich in der Auswahl und ist verbesserungsbedürftig, die zusätzliche Auswahl z.B. eines klassischen britischen Breakfasts kostet zusätzlich 6£...

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」

「Clean and elegant, the bed is super good! Close to tube which is a plus; for attraction, really close to notting hill market. Haven't tried the grounding but facilities are well made. My room has a little kitchen so it's just like being at a cozy small flat, but not sure how's the feeling for staying in room without kitchen. 」

「Que hotel incrível !!! Localização maravilhosa !!! Tudo muito limpo, novo e muito bem cuidado . Quarto bem pequeno, mas muito confortável e aconchegante , principalmente se vc está numa viagem solo. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Deixam fazer late check out por um valor muito justo. O único porém é o café da manhã que é caro para o pouco que oferece. 「非常適合參加各種一日遊行程的人，起點都在住宿附近的coach station,回程都在飯店附近下車，超級方便！福建坐公車也很方便，飯店人員也都很願意幫忙！記得入口是階梯，但有個按鈕可以請求飯店人員幫忙，或是走上去請飯店人員協助就好！」

「Fast and easy check in. Small, but clean and surprisingly quiet in my room, despite outside street noise. I was late getting in the night I stayed, due to a concert, but I was still able to get something to eat from the cafe at gone midnight, which was great! Staff were friendly and helpful and I'd definitely stay again!」

「Very helpful staff! Freshly renovated rooms with high ceilings and a lovely outlook to the street. Extremely convenient location just a few minutes walk to Oxford Street shopping and transport. Excellent blockout curtains. No lift or reception, but the lovely rooms and location make up for that.」

「The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.」
