Excellent stay and location. Good facility however reception cleanliness late night is poor. Had a room for 3 but only facilities for 2 or 2 towels andn2 waters. Nothing serious for the price

The rooms are they n the smaller side. They have a nice bar and seating place. Never restocked soap or toilet paper throughout visit. It’s right in Piccadilly near man chain restaurants. Good for getting around and walkable to soho.

Great location. Friendly staff, Cute lobby and room is more spacious than I expected. However, there were no windows in my room which could pose a problem for someone who is claustrophobic. Lighting is also dim in room which is aesthetic but not ideal for doing my makeup lol All in all, great for the price

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel was clean, staff helpful and overall I felt it was good value for money. There were a few things still being ironed out as the hotel has just opened, but I think once these are addressed this will be a great base for exploring London.

It’s a really great location and there’s loads of staff to help. The double bed is quite high up a ladder and we were supposed to have a sofa but, it’s more like a cushioned bench and they forgot to give us bedding. But for the price, nice staff and the location, I would go again.

The hotel itself was a fantastic location, the bar really nice and trendy. The first room I was given in the third floor.. was drilling going on above me and also the fire alarm went off 3 times.. staff had no concern as a called down and asked if it was an emergency all very relaxed, which is a real concern when there is an actual emergency. Moved to another room fifth floor and again fire alarm off 3 times just as I was resting.. I like moxy and have stayed at others, I also work for ritz Carlton Marriott.. so was disappointed in this visit.

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice decoration at the main entrance, and rooms comfy (if not a little snug). Think we had the smallest room in the hotel, as there was a corridor cut out indent (room 201). Having said that, the room had all of the amenities required and a massive TV. Very modern decoration, but no window. Also, the main corridor door outside the room banged shut when somebody passed through, this was the only inconvenience. I would stay again, but request a different room. Location could not have been better - in the middle of absolutely everything.

The hotel was excellent — new, with an amazing location, just steps from Piccadilly Circus Station. The area around is beautiful. The only downside was that the hotel wasn’t fully finished yet, as it had just opened the day we arrived. The escalators didn’t work, there was no front desk, and no phones in the rooms to contact reception. Despite that, overall, it was excellent.

It was the opening day, so checking was very slow. The room was great although a few snags, spotlight hanging out of the ceiling, hot tap in bathroom not running hot. The inside of the window was very dirty and painters masking tape still in situ.

I stayed for five days, and since the hotel is located right in the heart of Piccadilly, London, it was extremely convenient to get anywhere. The tube station and a Tesco supermarket are just 30 seconds away, which made it easy to grab simple snacks and water. The hotel opened in October this year, so everything—from the bedding and towels to the kettle—is brand new. The kettle and coffee machine, in particular, felt quite high-end. We stayed in a triple room, and although it was a bit tight for three people with three suitcases, the excellent location made that minor inconvenience totally manageable. The staff were friendly and welcoming during both check-in and check-out. There was also security at the entrance until late at night, which made us feel very safe. Overall, I was very satisfied. Personally, the only downsides were the slightly weak water pressure in the shower and the sink in the bathroom being a bit too small. However, the perfect location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel easily outweighed those minor inconveniences.

Positives: - Clean room on arrival - Spacious - Nice design - Great location - Good coffee machine in room Negatives: - Second /sofa bed not made up on arrival, despite booking for three people, no extra bedding in roo - Housekeeping half done because we arrived back at 4pm to find cleaner in room, so empty cups not removed, toilet roll not replaced etc - Ladder not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, slightly scary for kids using it! - Weakest of weak showers, like gentle drizzle Worst of all, I was woken shortly before midnight on last night by loud and persistent banging and then drilling. This went on for over an hour, stopped and then started again. It sounded like it was in the room directly above. At no point was I informed the hotel was still a building site. Tried to ring reception three times. No answer. Couldn’t leave room as a) lone female and b) kids were asleep in the room. Actually quite frightening to hear all the noises and know reception aren’t answering. Duty Manager slightly apologetic in the morning but a free breakfast doesn’t smooth it over. A warning at check in, a knock on the door, even a note under the door to say “sorry we’ve been drilling at 1am, here’s a refund code and breakfast because this shouldn’t happen” would have won some goodwill. Telling me it was essential and I should’ve contacted reception, not great. Especially when reception didn’t answer. Not sure I would feel safe staying there again with unresponsive reception.

Loved this hotel, very hip, lovely central location but complete silence and really well designed rooms. Great find! I would use it for business or leisure quite happily 😍 and all pretty cheap for such a central location, think we paid £170 for the night
