This was our first time staying at a CitizenM and we are now fans! The lobby was fantastic. Full restaurant and coffee bar. Plenty of seating both for working or leisure. The staff was helpful and friendly and very accommodating letting us check in early. The room was MUCH smaller than anticipated but completely adequate. Very clean. This location is walkable to so much of London must sees! Restaurants and coffee houses galore!

Love this place! Close to buckingham, literally 3 min walk from Victoria station. Easy access to gatwick. 24 hour bar! Yes that’s right I said it correctly 24 hour bar in the lobby and the lobby is a whimsical, Artistic, beautifully but yet comforting place to hang have a beer over a game of chess or checkers. I almost hate telling you all this as it means less of a chance getting a room when I visit a 3rd time. Yes your heard me correct a 3rd time. The convience factor combined with the layout was just what the doctor of travel had ordered for me. I’ll be back! The staff is awesome at this place friendly and caring with a smile. Cheers from the other side of the pond! The northern part haha
