"I had a truly fabulous stay at St. James Court, A Taj Hotel and felt genuinely treated like a queen from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to make my stay special.
The location is prime. It is central, convenient, and perfect for exploring London, yet still feels peaceful and tucked away. My room was clean, modern, and spacious, offering a wonderful place to relax after a day out.
Dining was a highlight of my stay. The Kona Midsummer Night’s Dream Afternoon Tea was enchanting, creative, and beautifully presented, with plenty of thoughtful vegetarian options. Lunch at House of Ming was equally impressive, innovative, flavorful, and a real treat. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated the variety and creativity across the menus.
The courtyard deserves special mention. It is absolutely stunning and feels like something out of a dream. A rare and beautiful oasis in the heart of the city.
I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly memorable London stay."

"Room excellent, had opening window for some fresh air, a good-sized single room. The bathroom was fine and an espresso machine was included in the price. The only downside was that the room opposite this one 724, either 726 or 723, had a door closer that was set too tight and made the door slam very often including waking me in the night.
Breakfast was also superb with an excellent choice and service. It was good to go down the surviving art deco staircase to this. It would be great to see more of this restored on the ground floor round the entrance area with future upgrades of the hotel.
