Staff were so kind and the location next to the Victoria station was perfect! I also did the Tea- it was lovely and again the staff were amazing. It was very kid friendly and they even brought out little bears for the kiddos. The location on Apple Maps directs you to the other Clermont location so watch out for that when traveling and their room service stops at 10pm, not 11pm as it says on the TV information guide. Had a really lovely time and will definitely come back
