Only slight negative was the showers being out of soap and the corridors outside pod full of shoes and bags but that’s not the hotels fault that’s just people being people! Would defo stay again.

The staff was amazing, Alejandro and Adam were extremely helpful and professional. Adam referred me to a Nigerian restaurant that was simply amazing.. I will definitely stay here again my next time in London.

An outstanding stay for a hostel! Highly recommend. I just find the door to the single next a bit cumbersome but very good overall. Clean and quiet, lounge room is great to work or chat.

The AC was fantastic in hot and stuffy 34 degrees London. QR code took a little getting used to as did the shared bathrooms but had a great night's sleep and great price for Central London. Will be back.

The capsule hotel was clean and clearly pretty new. Everything looked pristine. Some more signage around the place about how to use the facilities would've been helpful, but the staff were very responsive on WhatsApp.

The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage.

Fantastic if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep in central london. Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable, though I can imagine if someone likes to sleep *very* warm, or *very* cold, the thermostat being locked at 19°c at the coldest at 23°c at the warmest wouldn't be great.

The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great

great location, helpful staff and overall very good vibe and clean spaces. Only complaint was how loud it was, I could hear people on phone calls loudly from other floors, and the sound of doors opening on other floors loudly as well. At one point it was so loud I was convinced the guest next to me was opening and slamming their nest door closed, but it turned out to be the communal doors from another floor opening and closing. Very private and comfortable room but just make sure to bring earplugs

If you suffer from claustrophobia, I would recommend skipping this place. I stayed for only one night before checking out and moving to a regular hotel room. The property is fairly new, but the shower area was already not very clean, and both the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again.

It is a pod hotel after all so the space will be small. That being said, the experience was great. Very clean and well maintained. The check in experience was as simple as scanning a qr code and you are in. There are lockers for storing luggage which is helpful if you want to check out but still need to do stuff in town. Secure lock on the pod and secure locked doors for the hotel and pod section as well. Best of all it is right next to the Elizabeth line station so travel from the airport is easy.

The rooms are holes. You can not even sit in the rooms, too small. The hotel resemble a to holes for mice, not really for human being . Expensive hotel and resemble to animal loges. Human being are reduced to mice, or animal to enter into holes and sleep The hotel is not properly described, so one will not pay attention that it is not a hotel. You enter the rooms with your knees as animals. Such structures should never exist in city like London. Charles

Cool idea... $80 including tax for a pod as center London as you can get. Docked a star for 2 reasons; cleaning lady entered my pod more than 30 min before my checkout, which is my absolute biggest pet peeve. Also my QR code stopped working before check out which was quite annoying. I would stay here again.
