The hotel was nothing fancy however location was absolutely perfect right by the London eye two minute walk to the hop on hop off bus. Great restaurants, nearby pretty much walking distance to a lot of the attractions.
The staff were very nice. The breakfast was adequate. Nothing to write home about but can’t say anything bad about it though.
The downside was at the elevators were very slow luckily we were on the first floor and could walk up and down the stairs
The next time I come to London, I will definitely stay here again!
Anna and Umar are super friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is superb, very close to the London Eye and Big Ben. Clean room. The only downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room; otherwise, it would have been perfect.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is super nice and eager to help, they go the extra mile to make your stay special. It’s only a few minutes walk to Waterloo and Westminster stations, there are little places to get food right outside your door as well as nice restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and starts at 6:30am so we were able to have a quick breakfast even if we had early activities, we were happy not no miss out on that! The dinner options from the restaurant are delicious as well. We can’t wait to come back and stay here. Did I mention the staff is the best!! We had a very nice experience. Thank you!!!
It was a great hotel. Staff was really friendly, and helped with whatever you needed. Location was amazing, we could to go the tourist areas by foot. The room was nice and cozy. Just fyi, be careful with the tub it is slippery. Overall amazing experience, great hospitality, would 100% recommend, and fs go back.

Liked: Staff & service
PLUSES: It was conveniently located within walking distance of several tourist attractions to include the Eye (Ferris wheel), and national Gallery.
CONS: It is definitely a budget accommodation. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation, my room was a bit shabby, in need of painting, etc. Also, although convenient, the breakfast buffet is average.
Clean room, comfy bed, tea snd coffee making facilities .

No face clothes or kleenex in room . Hair dryer did not work . Staff brought up another one.
No safe in room. As we stayed 2 days had no place to safely store passports and money. No phone in room to call front desk.
With an 8 night stay you still have to request to have your room cleaned. Location is great. Rooms are fine. Every time I book through Expedia I swear I won’t again due to room location. This time I mean it. Our room was floor 1 (not to be confused with floor 0, ground floor). At the exact right height for those on double decker buses to look right in.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and the food was quite good! Room was a good size for 2 people and everything was very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to many of the most popular sights in London.
Wonderful 5 night stay. Hotel is very close to Waterloo Tube and shopping arcade, and Westminster Bridge and many bus stops. Huge room in old hospital wing part of hotel. Everything was just right. Will stay here again soon.
Right from the check in this was a nightmare. I ALWAYS do my research before booking and this was completely false in advertising. I’ll start by saying we are not high maintenance but when you pay for basic things you want them to work….like water and air conditioning. We checked in to find no running water for several hours. We were told it would be on by 3pm and you guessed it. It was not. Finally after several hours it came on and we were able to shower and get ready for dinner. The shower leaked all over the place and the floor was soaked after showering. Come out to find one elevator working and no exaggeration 30 minutes to catch an elevator to the bottom. When you have bags and a stroller for a small child this is necessary. And waiting this long isn’t pleasant. Fast forward to evenings in the room. If you like your room cooled and comfortable….good luck. They claim “their system” automatically shuts off your air middle of the night. So needless to say the sleep was horrible each night as the room slowly cooks you until you wake up to turn it back on. I think the only good thing about this place is the quick location to Waterloo train station and the downtown area. Don’t even consider eating here. Food is overpriced frozen buffet quality. Save your self the headache and book elsewhere.
When booking on Expedia I booked for a city view room, which we did not get when check-in. Rukal ? Who was so lovely found us a room with the city view, she was so polite and happy to help us. Our stay here was impeccable. I would recommend, walking distance to everything.
Location is great. Unfortunately there was no ice or refrigeration to put my medicine in. Bathtub was slippery and there is no lotion or mini amenities
We were able to check in early. However, the family room with 2 single beds and a double was tiny! All bed. The location is super close to the London eye, Waterloo station and amazing graffiti on Leake St. Arches. Would recommend if traveling with children. The restaurant left a lot to be desired in terms of the breakfast buffet and drink service in the evening.
