「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「Very convenient, very good service hotel. And the hotel is nice」

「Beautiful elegant property with fantastic garden oasis and topped off with complimentary cocktail upon arrival… True Gem next to one of the greatest museums of the world and close to all action London offers.」

「浴室洗澡水量太小，其他都好」

「While the location is perfect for travelers aiming to transit via Euston Station, but the rooms are super small, amenities are basic, no separate shampoo, just hand wash for shampooing and TV is not working!」

「Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy 」

「excellent location, breakfast is good. Overall a nice experience but mainly we chose this hotel due to the location, recommended for people who are looking to travel either on the Eurostar or national rail services as Euston Station is near this hotel. Overall room was clean and tidy. Good services」

「This apartment was not an at but a very small room without any relationship to the advertised photos!」

「服務迅速良好，住宿乾淨整潔」

「Everything is bad…………………..」

「酒店不論大堂及房間很整潔，職員有禮亦主動協助。 唯兩個垃桶均未有套用垃圾袋，清潔員工在退房後相信需要較多時間清理。建議最少洗手間的垃圾桶套用垃圾袋為佳。」
