The staff provided a pleasnt and welcoming environment with were friendly and polite, making the experience even better. 「Location was great - heaps of groceries stores right outside and really close to the bus and tube. The apartment was clean and spacious which I liked and good water pressure in the shower. Cons - the bed was quite hard and the shower leaked on the floor (one time flooding into the main room, luckily I had spare towels). It’s also not sound proof so if this is an issue bring ear plugs as it can be loud at night with sirens and people shouting, it’s also NOT accessible for someone with a physical...

Things to fix: No TV aerial Tap fitting was really loose. 2 min job to tighten up No cup or tea making facilities (only a kettle) Wall a little dirty/mouldy higher up」

「No glasses, (water or wine), no dish towels, no hand towels, only two bath towels, on day 2 battery in the key lock died which left us locked out until someone came after 40 (very stressful) minutes to fix. Hot water died on the last day and we had to text to get instructions to reset. Nice owner with good intentions but we would never book here again.」
