The room was misrepresented in their pictures of the room. But the bigger issue was the mice running around in the hall and lobby area. I feel like a refund is warranted. These mice were right at home and unafraid of humans.

The room itself was fine, although the fire alarm was going off at 6am because another guest showered with the bathroom door open which gives you an idea of how small the small rooms are Reviews say it’s noisy which are right - remember to bring earplugs! My ground floor room was right next to a bus stop and I woke up to people having phone calls on the other side of my window If it weren’t for the 6am fire alarm (twice in 10 mins) I’d return to this hotel, but that has put me off trust wise Staff were nice and do have spare earplugs but I didn’t know that until the morning AC was working and is great!

Location for Kings Cross and St Pancras v good. We paid for a double upgraded room. Adequate. Nowhere to put your clothes other than on 2 small hangers. The room was small but clean. Not worth the £134 we paid.

Hotel conveniently located close to King's Cross, looked like it had been refurbished quite recently. Has air conditioning, which can be useful in the summer. The single room is a bit small but has all that's needed for a few days stay. I'd stay again.
