The shower area is extremely small, and with an immovable shower head, it is difficult to take a bath with ease. The shampoo, shower gel and conditioner containers are not user-friendly. The bed will be more comfy if it is longer. The basement should not be used as hotel rooms. The staff can be more helpful with the luggage. One thing worth praising is the breakfast.

櫃檯人員友善貼心，幫我找回我不小心遺落的包包，太感謝了！滿分的服務。 早餐是簡單的英式早餐，營養足夠，服務人員微笑又動作快，很有效率。 床跟空調很舒服，洗澡間偏小，但足夠使用了。 我很喜歡的飯店，有機會一定再來。

The hotel room is very neat and cozy, and the location of the hotel is very close to King's Cross Station, where you can then easily gain access to other parts of London by public transport. Breakfast that was provided was perfect and it helped me to have a wonderful beginning to the rest of the day.

We hebben echt een prima verblijf gehad! Ontbijt echt Engels, wat ook prima is! Kamer klein, maar voor ons geen probleem. De muren zien er echter niet fris uit.. maar voor een paar dagen london oke! We hebben alle highlights lopend bezocht, en hebben hele fijne dagen gehad!

Nous sommes arrivés vers 23h heure locale, l'accueil a été très sympathique. La chambre était dans une annexe, le Jenkins Hotel, propre, spacieuse et bien équipée (cafetière Nespresso, sèche-cheveux). Chaque bloc de prise électrique est équipé d'un port USB A (le port rectangulaire traditionnel), ce qui permet de recharger pas mal d'équipements sans avoir besoin d'un adaptateur secteur. Les serviettes sont fournies et changées chaque jour, c'est très appréciable. Merci. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était frais, copieux, très bon. Le personnel de service était très disponible et fort agréable. Merci Mesdames ! La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale, entre St Pancras et Euston Station. Un ligne de bus passant à proximité vous emmène directement à Camden Market. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix et recommandons en tout point le (Hey) Judd Hotel.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is great with good service. The room…I think maybe we got the last pick of the rooms, but our room looked like someone had shrunk the photo. The bed was shoved against the wall and there was barely room for passage on the other side. The entry has 3 doorways opening into one another, further complicating logistics. The headboard was flaking material off, there was a big water stain on the ceiling. The room didn’t feel dirty, just like it is well past time for a refresh. There is a big spotlight on the building right outside our window and the blackout curtains were falling off the track, so that was challenging for our jet lagged selves. The doors pull themselves shut behind you and all squeak and squeal during use, so middle-of-the-night bathroom visits will definitely wake your partner. Apparently the corner on the street outside our room is also the gathering spot during hourly smoking breaks, the windows are single pane, the doors are drafty, and their conversation and cigarette smell woke us often. But the strangest part of our stay was the wafts of sharp sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Leaving the fan on made it worse. We have remodeled a few homes so we knew the smell must be coming from a drain line, when we put a wet towel over the shower drain, that made a huge difference. Sketchy people walk by when headed out. Maybe this is just the London experience….certainly a stay we will not forget.

Great location just about 10-15 min walk from Euston or King Cross station. Staff are friendly and ready assist. Rooms are on the smaller side but we exected that. Breakfast attendants are really nice. Breakfast is same as other hotels, hot and cold items available. There is a park across the street if anyone wants to jog. It closes at dusk though. If you don't like stairs, stay on the main floor. There's no elevators. And the 3rd floor stairs are really narrow, so that surprised me. There was very little space for my luggage to go thru. But it added to the charm. It is an old place. Everything is spotless. The only downside was on the last night of my stay, my room (and only my room) lost power. The staff could not figure out why and the place was fully booked. We could not be moved to another room. They gave us one lamp. It was difficult to use the lamp to go from the main room to the wash room. Basically, if one of us had to go to the washroom, the other would be left in the dark. I think it's just bad luck, and not a frequent occurance. We were fairly compensated for the inconveneince.

Great place to stay and situated in a lovely part of London. Very clean room and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good except for no runny yolk in any of the fried eggs over a 3 night stay ... other than that I would happily return

They are an awesome crew and really care about their guest. I had an issue (not with the hotel) and they were so so so helpful. Like no other hotel I’ve stayed before. I will definitely go back!

The single pane windows allow too much street noise in, and make the rooms cold in the winter/spring. This Hotel advertises itself as sound proofed - not true. Our first floor room was on the street corner. This led to endless people talking loudly at all times of the night on their phones and when they went out for a smoke/vape. It was also a terrible spot for early morning deliveries to the Hotel. We asked for a room at the back of the Hotel, but that didn't happen.
