The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and near major train lines (South Kensington, Sloane Square, and Gloucester Road). It’s also within walking distances to three major museums in London and Kensington Garden. It’s also near restaurants, shops, and groceries for essentials and amenities (there was an M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco Express, and Boots within walking distance). The room was small, but it did its job for our duration of stay. The hotel provided free breakfast which was nice and a money saver.

The location of this Numa is excellent. It’s close to several museums, restaurants, and the tube. The staff that work here are excellent and the breakfast is a great addition. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming here again. My only complaint is how loud the housekeeping staff are. Slamming doors and yelling in the hallways. It not very pleasant if you are trying to sleep.

I've returned to Numa because I love this location and the amenities. It's clean, comfortable, and the gathering room on the lower level is very nice to work or have a meal.

Overall this is a great spot. Nice staff, convenient location, and honestly it was easy to manage even without a traditional front desk. My only negative is about the room. It was nothing like the photos and being on the basement floor isn’t great.

The room had AC, a fridge, and it was clean. It is a pain to try to contact the host if you dont have Whatsapp. Also there is no self laundry within a 1/2 mile of the hotel

Perfect for our first visit to London. The property was clean and well kept, located in a safe neighborhood, and quiet at night. It suited us perfectly. I’ll absolutely stay at a Numa property again the next time I’m in Europe
