「地理位置方便，性價比超高！鄰近地鐵站，去不同倫敦市區景點都很近、很方便。酒店工作人員很熱情，會主動介紹酒店的設施。房內設有電磁爐和微波混合焗爐，覺得出外進食很貴的話，可以自己買回去煮食(房內亦有杯、碟、鑊等)。這點感覺更像民宿。不喜歡房內煮食，還可以將食材帶到樓下的公眾大廳煮食，下面還有咖啡機和小型的商店可買零食(雖然我不飲咖啡、零食暫時未買過)。1樓還有洗衣和乾衣房，不想自己洗衣服可以考慮使用。居住5天期間，不會有人執拾房間，不過可以掛牌出去叫人倒垃圾，這點要留意！不過我之前亦覺得一般酒店每天有人進房收拾，感覺不太自在，沒有人進來收拾我反而挺喜歡。酒店附近有便利店和小型超市，Amazon Fresh沒有人手櫃位，必須使用信用卡或Apple Pay等電子支付，而且付款全程自助式，不想要單據的話，商品都不用逐件取出來，Tap & Go即可。不過我對這個付款模式十分不安心，所以自己跑去自助付款的機(同樣要用電子支付)，將每年商品掃瞄一次，再付錢，這種方式會有紙質單據，Tap & Go沒有。總括而言，Vertus Edit的體驗非常好，性價比超高，下次再有機會來倫敦，會考慮這間酒店！」

「房間乾淨舒適、配備小廚房(含IH爐、烤箱、餐具及鍋具等)、滾筒式洗衣機，但沒有附調味料、洗碗精或是洗衣精，如果住宿天數較長，建議自備。地點位於東西倫敦交界，交通方便，離地鐵大概五至十分鐘距離，周邊亦有超商及市集可以採買跟逛街，亦有多國餐廳可供選擇。五樓的公共空間寬敞，附設簡易的茶、咖啡等飲品。服務人員態度良好。」

「Great location, nice environment and very very nice and professional staff at front desk, especially Annette and Tamara, always kind and helpful. Location: close to Covent Garden, walking distance to theatres and restaurants, with supermarket in 5 mins walking. Room: bright and neat, with full kitchen equipments and a desk. Environment: quiet at the night, during daytime, you can see sunshine through leafs, it's beautiful, my wife loves it a lot! We will definitely stay The Lincoln Suites...

「我認為這間公寓式酒店是倫敦最划算，最舒適的理想居庭。連續第七年來倫敦都是住住在此處。酒店地理位置理想，10分鐘可到South Kensington地鐵站，步行2分鐘有超市，房內有洗衣乾衣機，煮食爐具，餐具，雪櫃，多士爐，電熱水壺，對於旅遊日數比較長的旅客來說，真是超級理想。酒店剛進行完裝修，一切電器都更新了。前臺服務員非常有禮，十分樂意幫忙，我的朋友深夜不舒服，職員幫忙召的士，教我們去那間醫院，回來的時候還問候我們。今次我住了2天studio, 5 天1 房單位，共7晚，非常滿意。下次再來依然會住在這裡。」
