「New modern accommodation. It’s fresh and clean and right in the centre of town. There are a few things that could do with being better, but that’s just our opinion. 「Area around property. Did not felt entirely safe. Toilets had broken seats. Kitchen only had knives. Sheet either not ironed or not changed. States sheets changed every two days. I was there five days and not change」

「The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.」

「The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! 」
