The hotel was very good, staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good in both days. Our evening meal on Saturday evening was excellent. On the Sunday morning, we had drinks in the hotel garden which were brought to us by bar staff. The only negative thing was that I had booked a small double room and small it was. So really that was an error on my part so I would definitely book this hotel again, but booking a larger room with a larger double bed. All in all a great place to stay, thank you to all the staff that made it that way.

This is an historic hotel and with that comes uneven floors and steep stairways with no lifts so it is not at all easy to carry your suitcase up and down. When you walk into the hotel it smells of fish. Also our room, while comfortable, was in need of a new clean coat of paint. The bathroom was newly refurbished with nice tile and the combination shower/tub was perfect. It would have been helpful to have updated USB outlets so we could charge our electronic devices more efficiently.

Very friendly team and good food. Room was extremely tired and shabby and although one has to understand surge pricing applied at the time of Cheltenham Races, the standard of the room could not possibly justify the price.

The hotel was perfect for my weekend retreat in the Cotswolds. My room was spacious and impeccably clean and convenient. The daily breakfast was very delicious and quite generous but the gem of the hotel is really the staff who are courteous, helpful, and most professional. I will stay at this hotel again whenever I am in the Cotswolds. Well done White Hart Royal Hotel and staff!

Todo en general bien, salvo que, aunque el personal de recepción no fueron groseros, si les falta ser mas “amigables” con los turistas extranjeros. Esto no significa que no hayan sido amables pero si les falta este tipo de detalles que te hacen sentir bienvenido. Lo que es excelente es la cena en el restaurante del hotel, simplemente exquisita.

Lovely room, although cozy, it had everything needed! Robert’s radio, powerful shower, coffee machine. We received great service from friendly staff, enjoyed lovely food and a great atmosphere. Lovely snug bar with roaring fire and mulled wine available, a great start to Christmas celebrations!

Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had the American twin room on the third floor and it was huge with a great view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends. Free parking also. The hotel is lovely and has lots of character. We will be back.

The room was lovely and cozy warm when we arrived. The service team followed through with our request for one room on the ground level to accommodate my mother who has difficulty walking up stairs AND placed a roll away bed in the second room. Cosy, elegant room with country charm interiors includinga plump bed with loads of cushions. Loved the modern ensuite and the inviting Residents ' Lounge where you can sit and have a drink or a chat after ordering a tipple at the bar.
