「Neues Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit moderner Küche und einer bequemen Sitzecke ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer ging zur Rückseite raus und war absolut ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant/Bar, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Hier unserer einziger Kritikpunkt: das Angebot des (kontinentalen)Frühstücks ist unterdurchschnittlich in der Auswahl und ist verbesserungsbedürftig, die zusätzliche Auswahl z.B. eines klassischen britischen Breakfasts kostet zusätzlich 6£...

「Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. 「We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you」

「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」

「Wir waren fünf Tage als Paar im Mandarin Oriental in London und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr einladend und die MitarbeiterInnen waren jederzeit zuvorkommend und freundlich. 「Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.」
