Ham Yard Hotel is close to everything and everywhere you want to be for a London vacation! Fun and classy vibe, not pretentious, the staff is amazing! Warm, inviting, helpful….perfect! The hotel smells magnificent, gym is great and 4th fl terrace is a great place to land after a long day of walking!! This is now the only hotel I’ll stay at, both personally and professionally!

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! If you are looking for an upscale, trendy hotel in a wonderful location, this is your spot. The service is impeccable, from small details like milk and cookies left for our daughter to the concierge returning our call at midnight. The restaurant, grounds and hotel are well taken care of with carefully curative artsy design details. Gorgeous, spacious rooms that make you forget you’re so close to a bustling city. The hotel is nestled away in a quiet corner of a hip area. Very walkable to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We felt extremely welcomed with our daughter but my husband and I can’t wait to go back and enjoy an adults trip soon!

One of the best hotels we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. We were there for a 6 night stay and we will definitely be coming back, the staff was so attentive to our needs. Everything was kept perfectly need and stocked throughout our stay. I ordered tea with room service half way through our stay and the staff kept a tea service in our room with a kettle for the rest of our stay. It was so thoughtful! They also left nice hand written notes and small treats (lotion, sweets etc) throughout. The water pressure in the shower was so great as well as the shampoo and body wash. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and their incredible standards.

Wonderful hotel, good service at spa, bar, front desk, door, and great facilities. Personally not a fan of the restaurant for breakfast, which was disappointing both days I tried it, both for food and service. But overall, a great luxury property in a location that needs it, and to which I will again return.
