「Our stay was absolutely lovely. The surrounding area is perfect for tourism and sightseeing (the Spanish Steps are literally at the end of the road); the facilities in our room were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our jacuzzi which was resolved immediately, as soon as I reached out to the hotel staff. The staff were also willing to support us with answering our never-ending questions about Rome and our room was cleaned and restocked every single day. We...
