Location of the hotel is convenient. Tourist attractions are walkable as well as the main train station. However, I was disappointed because I was given a 2 single bed that was put together causing backache for 2 nights instead of double bed. There’s no free bottle water as well. Not worth for the price paid! Even 5 star hotels provide coffee and free bottle water for guests!

This location was excellent and the hotel was such a great property. From the incredible breakfast, to the rooftop bar and pool, our family thought it was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Florence. You can walk to every major spot in town! Highly recommend!
