「Although the property and the staff were great, our room was a bit of a disappointment. Junior Sweet was just a giant room with furniture that was uncomfortable to use. In general the room needs an update. Not exactly what we expected. We unfortunately had a neighbor who opened up the gate outside in between our terrace which should have never happen if it had been locked. He did that because he said my husbands iPad was too loud when in fact, his was too loud and my husband who had headphones...

「A beautiful, luxury estate in the countryside. While we traveled as a couple, it seemed a popular destination for families with children. The restaurant on site was excellent and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite which had stairs from the living room/bathroom up to the bedroom loft. *something to be aware of when booking」

「This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.」

「Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in」

「环境和配套都非常好！泳池很出色，早餐再丰富一些就完美了。」

「我住的三人房，感觉旧，设施一般。价格高，服务人员很热情，停车方便。」

「Concierge desk - Francesca - was off the charts! Was hoping for more modernized room with better views」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. We particularly wishes to thank the front desk because they helped to...

「Dont look further, this place is a paradise!」

「We loved staying here. The hotel was full of history and in a beautiful location. The views overlooking the Tuscan hills were spectacular. We loved the quiet location and enjoyed walks on and near the property. Renting a car is a must and was perfect to take day trips to the beautiful historic Tuscan hill towns. The included breakfast was a beautiful spread with so much to choose from. We got quite spoiled between the delicious breakfasts and the dinners at the property restaurant. The staff...

「Beautiful pool with view. Friendly staff members. Town is walkable but there is also a bus stop nearby that does the uphill drive to the top of town. Maybe not the most suitable for those who have proper mobility concerns for getting into town, but for everyone else the location is great」

「Booked this as a last minute decision to shorten our time in Milan (and fine a place close to Florence on our way to Montepulciano) We only stayed one night, but wish it had been longer. If you are looking for informal luxury, you will find it at this idyllic Tuscan Estate. They are still expanding their amenities to include a gym, tennis court, and Spa (planned for a 2027 open) what they DO offer is a quiet, thoughtful experience. The room was perfection and the restaurant on the property -...

「Eines der besten Hotels unserer Rundreise. Der Pool ist wunderschön und es gibt kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück.」
