"My wife and I loved our stay! The property is historic and has so much character. Our room had a view of the Il Campo square which was fantastic. The location can't be beat. The communication with the property prior to check was great. There were complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here!"

The room was very clean and decorated with antiques. I would stay at the Palazzo Masi again if visiting Siena."
