「Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in」

「Beautiful Borgo with views over Sienna and wonderful Tuscan countryside. In peak summer there is a family pool and adults only pool. The family pool was quiet and nice area to relax. About 20-30 mins to Siena we explored lots of lovely hill top places for dinner each night. Pool side dining was ok, club sandwiches that type of thing not extensive choice but adequate. Stunning views, good location to explore surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. I stayed with my family two boys age 9...

「The staff were excellent throughout — very friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Our room was lovely, comfortable and beautifully presented. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.」

「A wonderful stay at The Club House. This is a gorgeous place in a beautiful setting in the heart of Chianti. The property is immaculate, the staff friendly and the food delicious. We have been to wonderful hotels all over the world but this place is really special. It was our second visit (we stayed in August 2025). 「The property was very well kept. Hamza, in particular was very helpful in guiding us to best options for parking and touring in Florence. Very relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open during our day so we did not get to experience that. Apparently it was a staffing issue. Breakfasts were very nice, and outdoors in a nice setting. If we were going back to the Tuscany area, we would definitely stay there again.」

「The room was very spacious and clean with amazing views over the beautiful countryside. The pool area is lovely and the evening meals delicious」

「Loved every inch of the property—every corner was beautifully decorated and impeccably manicured. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, and I had the best Aperol Spritz of my life here. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.」

「Imcredible hotel and location. Perfect for a slow life getaway. Room is big and staff is kind. Food was delicious」

「景色优美，典型的托斯卡纳田园风光，服务也非常不错，但设施颇为老旧」

「我住的三人房，感觉旧，设施一般。价格高，服务人员很热情，停车方便。」

「Rien de négatif, bel accueil malgré notre retard. Bonne bouffe et bon vin . Merci」

「櫃檯人員服務非常親切，我們雖然提早到達飯店，也給我們辦理check in，而且也非常詳細跟我們介紹進入Siena的各種方法，房間空間中等，乾淨舒適.」
