「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. 「The hotel grounds and facilities were beautiful and well maintained, and the views were great. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The receptionists had great recommendations for restaurants. I don't really have any negatives.」

「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car...

「如果你預定的是標準房請不要帶行李來因為房間實在非常非常小，行李無法打開，早餐也很簡單，從飯店走到市中心大概半個小時可是飯店外面有公車可以坐，這一家飯店最出色的就是櫃檯比較年輕的男服務人員服務實在太好太好了超越五星級」
