"This was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed! The staff was very informative and inviting. The room was extremely clean. Breakfast was much better than advertised with one of the most beautiful views we had while in Italy. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend"

"Pros: 1. Beautiful property with an amazing view. 2. Spacious family suite 3. Comfortable bed 4. Quiet, waking up to birds singing in the morning. Cons: 1. Stink bugs in the suite; once we understood they are common this time of year and easy to capture and release outside, it was ok. 2. Showers are very small. 3. A/C not turned on this time of year; was not offered fans until the last day. 4. Minimal amenities. 5. Few outlets The villa is beautiful, just be prepared for a “rustic” experience. Don’t expect modern rooms, it has the charm of an old villa, if that is what you are looking for. The grounds are beautiful and the view is amazing. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful villa, relaxing with fantastic breakfast and dinner options. The staff were very accommodating. While children are allowed at the hotel, it’s really for adults only. If you want to leave the villa the staff will order a taxi for you. Round trip was 90 euros. Do bring a swim suit as the outdoor pool is heated. We had a private wine tasting one evening, in their 800 year old wine cellar. Dinner was one of the best meals we have had while traveling in Italy."

"Beautiful villa, very spacious, gorgeous property and great restaurant on the property to have a delicious meal. Staff very welcoming. Close to other main cities, like Siena, for day trips. We loved sitting by the pool, although it wasn’t heated, so too cold to use in April. We did love using the indoor heated pool and hot tub each day. We had a fabulous time and hope to go back someday! "

"Absolutely stunning flat located in an amazing location, close to Siena and Florence. The host, Luca, is a great, kind and attentive person who ensures your stay is pleasant. The flat itself has postal card views over the beautiful Tuscan hills. 100% recommended. P.S. car is a must for travelling around."

"Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! "
