I can’t say enough about the amazing helpful, friendly staff. They made our special at so enjoyable. The hotel and surrounding hill sides are just beautiful. The only downside for us is we didn’t rent a car. So it is about a $25 cab ride from train station. There is a bus that goes right by, which we took on the day the drivers went on strike. That’s not the hotels fault at all, but it is difficult to do. The pool area was lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. This property is amazing. You will definitely enjoy your stay. We certainly did.

The worst hotel in our trip!

Do yourself a favor and search for another place. The toilets, the shower, and even the towel rack were broken. The hotel is very far from the center and the view you see in the photos is only from the hotel balcony and not from the rooms. Worst hotel ever in Italy!

We were given an alternative room on the second night because neither the fridge or aircon worked, as well as the shower being so small it was hard to wash properly in it. The alternative room was better, however the TV was much too small and too high up on the wall to be able to view it properly from the bed

Personale cortese, sempre disponibile e cordiale nei nostri confronti. La posizione dell’hotel é ottima, ad una decina di minuti da Siena centro. 4 stelle e non 5 perché ci sono alcune accortezze che lo renderebbero perfetto: La sala colazione è buia, fredda, andrebbe ristrutturata. La quantità e la scelta di cibo sono mediocri, nulla di eccezionale per essere un 4 stelle. Le camere sono semplici e c’è tutto l’essenziale ma anche queste richiedono dei piccoli ritocchi di manutenzione, ad esempio i rubinetti del lavandino e del bidet sono arrugginiti e a volte fanno fatica ad aprirsi, lo stesso per i porta asciugamani e per la porta scorrevole del bagno. Nel complesso siamo stati bene per un breve soggiorno, non so se varrebbe lo stesso discorso per vacanze più lunghe.

Bell'albergo, arredato bene e con dei bei servizi quali piscina e centro benessere. Colazione ampia e discretamente buona. Comodo per gli spostamenti, immerso nella campagna e ad un paio da Siena.

Afsides godt hotel

Stedet var lækkert, og der var spa med i reservationen, det nåede vi dog ikke at bruge. Vi fkk aftensmad på hotellet en aften, maden var god, men de havde ikke styr på betjeningen. Stedet ligger meget afsides, og inret at se på lige i nærheden. Der var meget højlydt på værelset

Der Aufenthalt war schön. Die Umgebung war schön, jedoch musste man alle mit dem Auto fahren, was jedoch einem bewusst sein sollte, da es abgelegen ist. Der Pool ist ganz okay und Wellness 1h am Tag inklusive. Die Rezeption ist hilfsbereit und das Frühstück auch ganz gut. Leider ist bei uns der Strom ausgefallen und wir mussten dann mehrmals am Sicherungskasten im Zimmer ihn wieder anmachen nachdem uns gezeigt wurde wie das geht. Uns wurde gesagt wir könnten das Zimmer wechseln wenn es weiterhin passiert, dies haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Alles in allem war es gut und empfehlenswert!

Acomodacoes e atendimento nota 1000.

Excelente acomodacao! Limpeza, gentileza da recepcao, quarto maravilhoso! Esperava mais do cafe da manhã. Chegamos as 9h30 e ja estavam montando mesa de almoço para um evento. Não tinha ninguem no café para nos atender. A piscina estava com muito cloro e o spa indisponivel, nao pudemos usar. No geral é muito bom! Mas acho que fomos numa data em que havia um evento de bike que atrapalhou um pouco o atendimento do cafe da manha.
