「The hotel and grounds were beautiful, however we weren’t aware there were multiple buildings on the property and were given a dark room on the ground floor of a back building. We had also booked the junior suite but our room, while large, did not have a couch as described.」

「Wonderful spot to stop in between cities. Short drive to many vineyards (some require a reso) and Castellina Di Chianti is the beautiful quaint town with the best gelato we have the whole trip (and we went twice a day all around Italy). The pool with the beautiful backdrop was a nice way to slow down. Staff were lovely.」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly.
