「This hotel is a gem in Orvieto. Its location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The boutique property is very clean and classy, and the décor is unexpectedly unique, modern, and beautiful. The room was also very nice. I especially appreciated being able to step in from the street into a quiet, peaceful courtyard — the entrance is understated but classy. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again when returning to Orvieto.」

「Das historische Haus ist toll und modern renoviert ohne den Charme zu verlieren. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche, einen großen Fön sowie ein großes Fenster. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Größe. Außerdem gab es 4 Flaschen Wasser gratis. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es ein Musikfestival, wovon man aber nichts im Zimmer gehört hat. Das Frühstück wird mit sehr viel Liebe als kleines Buffet vorbereitet. Obstsalat ist frisch gemacht in kleinen Portionen, Eierspeisen und Kaffees werden frisch auf...

「Where to start. The room was not as advertised on the website - relatively shabby. Only one pool in action, full of screaming children and with blaring music - not what I'dexpect from a wellness and relaxation spa. No one on hand to help with pool towels or sunbeds. Pool surround had several broken patio slabs. No poolside bar, no poolside snacks. The one bar had no menus, no obvious food - we were offered some cold pasta il forno - very stodgy. No drinks offered, had to ask what drinks...

「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant...
