「They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine . The breakfast is boring but ok as I got my hard boiled eggs daily. If there’s sausages would be great 😅 I want to thanks Diana and Martina for their bright cheerful smiles . 「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「Overall, the environment and room are ok, but the communication is not so great, they don't have reception so you have to send your ID/Passport information ahead. Sent an email 2 weeks prior my visit and no reply, had to call them to confirm and they did confirmed. But before the checking day they sent another msg said the identity information was not yet be given and I might not able to check in...had asked my Italian friend to call again to confirm.
