「The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. 」

「Hotel is clean and looks like recently updated. Very nice A/ C and floor is all tile/marble. I stayed there 4 nights. The day I checked out asked for some drinking water at the front desk and the clerk gives me 2 small water bottles and said it is 5 Euro in cash. Won’t accept credit card. Luckily I had some Euros with me. Felt rude so I can give only 4 star. 」

「Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful. 」

「酒店非常難找，是位於一棟大廈內，門外沒有任何指示或標誌，要看到門外按鈴位置才發現酒店的名稱，但是鄰近地鐵及步行可到萬神殿等景點，晚上也很安全。酒店人員非常有善，亦主動幫忙拿行李，早餐是送到房間享用的，送餐準時，簡單早餐，味道不錯。房間不大，設施尚算新，有迷你雪櫃可用。」

If you’re arriving past their designated office hours, please keep the hotel staff updated and keep them updated about your arrival time and the staff will make it out to you for check-in. 「从柏林乘飞机降落于罗马钱皮诺机场，入住离机场不远的这家酒店。原以为从这里进罗马市区很远，没想到从钱皮诺火车站乘火车（从我们酒店到钱皮诺火车站10分钟步行距离），15分钟左右就可到罗马交通核心特米尼火车站，而从特米尼火车站去任何景点和菲乌米奇诺机场都超方便。 我们入住的这家酒店安静、干净，设施齐全。早餐很棒，而早餐厅的美女服务员更棒，热情、周到、贴心服务，我们很感激她，给她和酒店一个大大的赞！」

「Great breakfast!! The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if God permits us. The trains were easy to catch and get to Rome's Termini station. There is nothing I disliked about this property.」
