The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, the roof top bar had fantastic views. The room was clean. The pool was very nice, although I did not go in. I really enjoyed the stay here.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at River Palace Hotel! The room was so quaint and lended itself well to the city’s atmosphere. The service was fantastic, the room was clean and linens were changed daily! The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The hotel is just a short walk away from a host of dinner options. Be careful, the minibar items are quite expensive!

The hotel is a small boutique type hotel in a great location, but it’s tired and could use a massive refresh. The carpet and decor in the rooms is very old and feels unclean.

Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Nice lounge and bar area. Very good location being close to the Metro for getting to the main sights. Only criticism is the lifts - one ground to first, second down a corridor first to upper levels. Lifts are tiny for the number of residents and it's a problem when staff are trying to use the same lifts - gave up waiting and walked down four levels.

Loved the location, and very friendly, helpful staff. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby in the piazza. We walked everywhere from this location. We took a cab to the colosseum and walked back which was an easy walk. Very good place and location. Bonus is that this place has an elevator which is nice for bringing your luggage up and down
