「Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. 「We stayed at the castle, and yes it is an amazing castle, for one night. Not far from Rome and an easy drive to the hotel. Free parking and very convenient. Maria messaged us before we got there and and met us at the hotel upon arrival. There was only ourselves and our friends who were staying the night. Crazy, entire castle to ourselves.
