「Nice place, near to everything. Excellent staff」

「入住前幾日已經不停問我甚麽時間到，由email隔左一陣就直接whatapp 我，因為太遲要另外收費，都明白嘅，本身2:00 check in，咁我同佢講下午3:00會到，但當我去到時上到房時，職員原來還未清潔好，還問我幾點會Check out，咁我答朝早8:00，然後職員要多半小時左右先清潔完，我都算了，等一等，咁到第二日中午我問職員會否有人來清潔，結果到當晚冇人回覆，毛巾唯有用回前一晚，算了，到第二日我離開時都沒人回應我，咁我就whatsapp番職員，結果我回港後4日後都沒人回覆我，只顯示係兩個　✅，已讀不回，其實我都只係要覆一個ok啫，其實不用煩不用錢的」

「Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.」

「Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay.
