Our apartment was huge and everything modern and luxurious. The hotel is across a small canal from the music conservatory so you can hear the classical musicians practicing. It’s simply magical! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The property is quiet but just a short walk to all the major tourist spots. A 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely recommend!

Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away.

Modern Aparthotel in a palace.

Renovated Aparthotel in the former private palace of the Doge of Venice. Very large rooms, very clean and modern design furniture. Very friendly staff. Good situated (5 min to Accedmia bridge and waterbus; 12 min walk to Marcus place.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in Venice. The location is close to all the major attractions, restaurants, shopping. There's a cafe arund the corner for breakfest. Our room was grand, clean and stylish. We're a family of four, we stayed in the Girasole room, there was tons is space to stretch out. The stocked fridge and fruit was a great welcome. Anyone staying here must take a water taxi to the hotel! Great way to start and finish your trip. I'll definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Gianluca and Alvise that took great care of us. The area is clean and the apartment was very impeccable and nicely decorated. We did not experience any problems. The views from our apartment were beautiful. I would recommend scheduling a private water taxi to avoid long walks. Great location away from the big rush but yet close enough to the main attractions.

We loved our 2 night stay at the Palazzo Dei Fiori! Our 2 BR unit was very spacious, well equipped and clean. It is located in a quieter area of Venice but just a quick walk to all the popular places to visit. They have free self service laundry, which we appreciated after 2 weeks of vacation. I would highly recommend the Palazzo Dei Fiori!

Valentina and Gianluca did a phenomenal job making our stay an amazing experience. Super friendly and very helpful with places to eat, showing us around the hotel and reserving water taxis. The hotel is in immaculate condition, in a great location and newly renovated. We could not have been more happy with our stay.

Incrível! Palazzo Dei Fiori nos impressionou desde o cuidado da Valentina e demais equipe que nos contactsram 2 dias antes oferencendo ajuda. Mandaram um táxi water que faz a experiência ser ainda melhor. A arquitetura e design dentro de um palácio atrás da Academia de música de Veneza é impressionante! Nossos cafés da manhã foram com as janelas abertas para aproveitarmos a música e ensaios. O apartamento excelente. A cama de casal estava muito confortável para compensar as longas caminhadas. Comunicação clara, dicas, concierge, amenities no quarto para mimar… Eu ficaria novamente e com certeza por mais dias ! Grazie Mila!

Our Apartment was a 3 bedroom with luxury beyond our expectations. We truly felt like we were royalty. It is gorgeous, well appointed, luxurious and elegant. The staff was kind, helpful and all one would desire in a luxury accommodation.

L’appartement Fagio était très beau et très très grand avec sa terrasse privative. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain sont très belles également. Le staff est au petit soin avec vous et vous donne de très bon conseil. Très bien situé et les appartements donnent sur la cour, au calme.

Do NOT look any further! This is where you should and must stay! I could write an essay on why! We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in the 3 bedroom, my kids screamed when they walked in. Elvis and EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing. Venice is magical and staying here only made it more special! The windows, the space, the people, stay here!

Exceptional property
