「I want to dispute the charge for this hotel. We were NEVER provided the correct door code to enter the building. We had to use a wet floor sign to have entry back inside of the hotel each time we went out. Trying to get someone on the phone was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I will NEVER STAY AT A ROAMI AGAIN!」

「The hotel was exceptional for an adult vacation. I don't think I'd recommend it for families. There are two pools: one adult, and one for families. The pool is perfect for adults; I feel the family pool is a bit small for families. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation amazing.
