The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Parking is limited, the parking attendant was so nice and went all out and found me a spot. No microwaves in rooms, one downstairs LL for guest. The pizza place that puts flyers under the room doors never delivered and was rude when we inquired as to what happened. Short Lyft ride to Ocean drive.

This hotel is in desperate need of repairs and it shows it. The hotel and rooms smell so bad probably mold. Air conditioning units suck. We originally had an ocean front room and we had to get moved because we had a water leak from the AC a slider door that did not lock, and after they repaired the AC it did not cool enough and felt musty in there. Although it’s at a great price point I would skip this one.

Listen clearly. Don’t get hopes up high leaving your home and think you’re booking here to enjoy. Started with booking understand ocean view balcony is differ from oceanfront balcony. Second I didn’t expect to be the hotel exterminator. Had to purchase spray from several roaches being present. All to wait until today to speak with a manager (wasn’t available until Monday) what if I checked out Sunday? Definitely look at reviews of this property and take them into consideration before booking here. So, after manager take off 1 night I still had to pay resort fees and taxes for the 1 comp night. Not to mention this trip was my bday weekend!

Tout était parfait, le personnel était super accueillant et serviable, l’hôtel donne accès à la plage, une marche de 5 minutes, la vue de notre chambre était magnifique, sur la plage et le paysage à côté, beaucoup de choix pour les restaurants dans le coin, un arrêt de trolley. Notre chambre a une belle vue par le balcon malgré que c’est une vue partiel sur l’océan mais on a vraiment aimé l’endroit, on s’est familiarisé rapidement avec les lieux, surtout l’arrière de l’hôtel, il est équipé, tables, parasols, beau jardin et un passage en bois menant à la mer. Une vraie merveille. De toutes les façons, on ne va pas changer l’hôtel si on aimerait revenir l’été prochain.

You definitely are paying for the location of the hotel. The beds are very uncomfortable, the regular beds that is. As far as the pull out goes, it was so bad that my children put the mattress on the floor because that was better than the springs and wires from the pull out. The only have ao much parking and not enough for the amount of pwople staying there. You have to sign up for a apot between 1-4pm which is crazy because we were always out and about at that time. We had to pay for a more expensive parking garage down the street.

This property served its purpose…to provide amenities on a layover day between our cruise and our flight home. As soon as we arrived, we were provided with guest access cards, so we were able to access the pool and the beach right away. While towels are provided, they are limited to two per room, which was unfortunate for our family of 4. We requested early check in, however we did not get our room until 3:30pm (which we understand, we were just hoping for earlier). The hotel is conveniently located, so we were able to walk to lunch and grab snacks at a nearby store. For dinner, we ate in the lobby restaurant, which was delicious and decently priced. Our room was lacking. Once again, there were only 2 towels in the room, which does not work for a family of 4 after a day at the pool/beach. Our walls were covered in dirty handprints. The room smelled stale and musty. The soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower kept opening. There was only one coffee pod. The room was super loud and we were woken up by dumpster lids opening and closing all night as well as doors and hall noises from other guests. All in all, the use of the pool/beach for the day made this hotel well worth it, however I’d consider staying elsewhere if I was booking a longer stay.

Old property. Big roaches in the halls. Never towels in the pool area. Had to request for towels 3 times in my trip each day they cleaned the room they didn’t replaced the towels. Door to get into the hotel from the beach was broken so anyone could have went in and out. Bar food in the restaurant were awful. Overpriced food and drinks. But you get what you pay for

I had a great stay overall! The staff was friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that parking wasn't included and that there were no microwaves in the rooms, which made it difficult to reheat food and left me dining out more than I had planned.

Property location is great, staff reasonably friendly- with the exception of the beach chair attendant, who was rude and extremely inefficient, and unprofessional. Property needs some maintenance - inoperable restrooms and the door leading to the beach was broken.
